• No outside rentals allowed.                
• Renter must be present for entirety of event.
• Guests must be known to the renter; no open-ended tickets may be issued.
• Renters may not publicly advertise an event.
• Maximum of 100 guests per event.
• Rental requests should be made no less than (2) weeks prior to event.

 

Permitted Hours of Use:

• Sunday through Thursday:  9:00 am – 11:00 pm
• Friday and Saturday:  9:00 am – 12:00 am

 

Fee Structure:

• Non-refundable rental fee required for all rentals:
  • $50.00 to rent Monday thru Thursday
  • $75.00 to rent Friday thru Sunday

• Refundable $300.00 security deposit required for all rentals.

Refund of the security deposit is contingent upon an inspection by a Clubhouse representative confirming that the facility was left in good condition and that the key(s) were returned. Failure to leave the facility in appropriate condition as per the rental agreement, may result in loss of part or all of security deposit and possible loss of rights to use the facility in the future as well as renter being responsible for all costs incurred to clean or repair the facility.
