Homeowners Dues Payments
By now, all residents should receive their annual dues statements in the mail from our NEW Management Company, Cedar Management Group.
As stated in previous updates, you will still have 30 days to pay without late fees occurring.
Please note that you can pay by mail OR online at your personal portal located at https://web.mycmg.com. Your credentials are located on your Welcome letter (received back in December) or any of your Cedar account statements.
There are 6 buttons you will see on your homepage in addition to the “Memo” area at the top. Messages- Here you will see any messages the Board would like to feature. These can include important announcements, billing information, event locations and more.
My Profile- Here you will find links to your personal information. Architectural Change Request- Here you can submit and view the status of any
outstanding ARC Requests. Statuses are pending, approved or denied. CC&R Violations- Here you can view any violations assessed to your home and their status. Statuses are OPEN or CLOSED. There is also a link for you to submit any questions or violation reports to the Violations Department. Service Request- Here you can view the status of any Service Requests you’ve submitted.
This area will likely be used more so by our Committee Chairs or Board, since they oversee our common areas.

July 4th Parade and Water/Gatorade Collection- Meet at 8:45am Corner Of McCamie Hill and Piper Court
Our annual street parade led by the local Flowes Store Volunteer Fire Department. We start at Piper Court and walk over to the Crossroads Circle where the kids are sprayed with the fire hose. Dressed in patriotic RED, WHITE and BLUE and be sure to decorate your pets, bikes and wagons too. As a community THANK YOU, we always collect cases of water or Gatorade to donate to our hard working local fire men and women at Flowes Store Fire Department.
They are ALWAYS here when we need them and this is our chance to give back.
If you can not make the parade, please consider donating to our “Wall of Water”. Donations are dropped off at 11141 McCamie Hill Place and left in front of the
small garage door to the left. Let’s make 2020 the BIGGEST WATER WALL to date!!
September 12th- Pool Dive In Movie 7:30pm-9:30
Enjoy a movie laying in your pool float or lounging on a chair. Large screen movie (to be determined) will be playing, popcorn provided. A great family fun night.
October 24th- Clubhouse Adult Halloween Party 8pm-12am
Dress up in your favorite costume and have some fun with the other ghouls and goblins in the neighborhood. Dance the night away with our favorite DJ. Please bring and appetizer to share and your own poison to drink.
December 5th- Clubhouse Pancake Breakfast And Starbucks With Santa
AND Toy Drive 8:30am-11am
A wonderful holiday tradition for the little ones to meet Santa and get their pictures taken while the big ones can recharge with some Starbucks coffee. Pancakes will be plentiful and it’s a great way to meet your neighbors. There will also be a few “Toys For Tots” bins that get filled up every year by our VERY GENEROUS community. Please bring an unwrapped toy for those kids who are less fortunate. If you cannot make the event itself, please consider donating a toy anyway.
Toy drop off houses will be provided closer to the event time.
December 31st- Clubhouse Adult New Years Eve Party 8:30pm-12:30am
Last BIG party of the year and we go out with a BANG!! This theme party comes with a DJ spinning your favorite dance tunes, party favors and heavy appetizers. Ticket cost is $10.00 per person and will start selling at the Breakfast with Santa gathering. Ticket holders will be announced in December. It was a sell out event in 2019 and you DO NOT want to miss the 2020 party.
Our Social Committee Chair, Kim Tatum works VERY HARD to make our neighborhood parties FUN!! Doing so takes a LOT of work. Neighborhood Yard Sale- Saturday, April 25th 8am-12pm
This is a great opportunity to get rid of those items in your home waiting to be rehomed to a new family. Advertising to the outside will be done for you. Typically we ask that if you are participating in this sale day that you put a balloon on your mailbox so potential buyers know you’re open for business. More details to come as the event gets closer.
Quarterly Newsletters
March will be the last paper Newsletter that will be delivered to homes. In the future our Newsletters will be available on our website and possibly available for email distribution.
For those who still love a paper copy, the Communication Committee will have a few hard copies printed up and available at a central location box (likely at the Pool) where residents can pick one up themselves. Depending on how many residents pick them up will determine how many we print. If only a few get picked up, we will eventually go completely digital.
We Thank all the volunteers who have packaged the Newsletters up and walked the neighborhood over the years delivering Newsletters to our residents. It’s been much appreciated.

Pool News
Pool season will be here before you know it. Pool opening is scheduled for Saturday, May 9th and will go to Sunday, September 20th.
This will be a GREAT pool season with newness and excitement as we will have a NEW pool management company taking care of our pool. Steve Cook, our Commissioner of Chlorine, will be introducing us to the new company at the Annual Homeowners Meeting, Saturday March 21st. If you are NEW to the neighborhood and need a pool key fob, please contact Cedar Management Group for your request. They can be reached at (704) 644-8808.
Same goes for those who might have misplaced theirs and need a new key fob.
Residents first key fob is provided free of cost, however to replace a lost key fob there is a $25.00 fee. Please note there is only ONE per household provided.
Friendly Reminder: in order to utilize the pool (and clubhouse) you MUST be in
good standing and up to date with homeowners dues. If your current key fob is NOT working, please contact Cedar Management Group to find out why.

Board of Director Meetings
The next meeting, Tuesday, March 17th will be a closed meeting for the directors only. No residents will be attending.. Board of Director meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 7-8pm at The Hangar Clubhouse. Residents are encouraged to join the open meetings to learn more about what’s happening in the community or simply to share idea’s.
