The Board of Directors and Committee Chairs would like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year. As mentioned in the past, this neighborhood thrives on volunteerism and neighbors getting out to meet other neighbors. Please consider donating some of your time or talents in 2020 to the Committees that make our neighborhood what it is.

Residents should have received their “Welcome Letter” from our NEW management company, Cedar Management Group. They will be assuming responsibility for our community effective January 1, 2020. If you did not receive a Welcome Letter please contact Cedar Management Group to get yours today.

There may be some transitional hiccups along the way BUT our Board of Directors, AMG and Cedar are working diligently to make this transition as smooth as possible.
Cedar Management Group will be sending out our Annual Dues letters soon. There you will find all the information needed to pay your dues.

Please set up your personal homeowner portal today so you are prepared for tomorrow. Your personal portal information, username and password is located in the Welcome Letter.

The Annual meeting will be held on Saturday March 21st, 2020 at the Clubhouse. Doors open at 8:15am and the meeting will start promptly at 9:00am.
