Please keep in mind the increase in population requires continued vigilance to
keep our pool safe, clean and enjoyable for all. Remember, the pool rules
(developed in accordance with County regulations and signed by all homeowners)
are in place for the safety and well being of all our residents, their guests and
most importantly the kids.
Just a couple of reminders:
Children under the age of 14 may not be at the pool unless accompanied
by an adult (18 years or older).
Children between 14 and 18 years old cannot, under any circumstance,
be responsible for, or provide supervision of, a child under 14 years old.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult after 9pm.
At no time will glass be allowed in the pool area.
The pool service we use is only responsible for maintaining the pool water quality.
WE DO NOT EMPLOY A CLEANING SERVICE FOR THE POOL AREA
(Please be responsible for cleaning up after ourselves before leaving).
Please fold down any umbrellas not in use to avoid wind / storm damage.
Young children should not be given pool codes. This is not a rule. However, there have
been instances of friends letting friends into the pool without parental/adult knowledge.
This is not safe and we do not want any of our children hurt.
For all new residents without a pool access code, please contact Anna Marie Wiesehahn.
For questions, concerns, suggestions, complete list of pool rules/regulations, etc. please
contact Mark Alascio.
Have a great summer!
